Ananiadis Foods+Drakoulis Meat: A culinary presentation of high standards in the “Sarri Box”
On the evening of Monday, March 13, 2023, the first official presentation of a new collaboration that is expected to stir the “waters” of gastronomy in our region took place, that of Ananiadis Foods with Drakoulis Meat.
Dozens of catering and hospitality professionals from all over the Region of Eastern Macedonia-Thrace came to the “Koutouki” of Yiannis Sarris, on the second floor of the Kavala Shopping Center, to try the premium cuts of Stratos Drakoulis, to discuss from close to the “king of meat”, but also to get to know the whole range of products that Vassilis Ananiadis’ company markets exclusively for our region.
The distinguished Chef Sotiris Evangelou curated an even Degustation Menu that was prepared in an exemplary manner in the spacious kitchen of “Sarris” and served in the same way by the associates of Yannis Sarris, while the evening was framed “wine-wise” by the Estate Books Chora and the Estate Techni Inouu .

Vassilis Ananiadis thanked the professionals who graced the event with their presence, while Stratos Drakoulis said he was particularly happy about this new collaboration which is expected to create new data on the culinary “map” of our Region.
